Most of my childhood savings went into two things - my future car fund and shiny, new magic sets. To this day, I still enjoy practicing tricks (my personal favorites are those that use just a regular deck of cards). To me, magic is a sacred combination of fantastical performance and childlike wonder. As a creative, I hope to bring that to my craft. As a human being, it reminds me to balance friendly charisma with vulnerable authenticity.
